Elemis Mini’s

Face and Body September 22, 2016 Naomi

What can I say on the Blog about Elemis that I haven’t already. My Number one High End Beauty Brand by far and one I re-purchase over and over again. I have Never found a product from them that I have not loved or raved about and the following little beauties are no exception.

First up is the Frangipani Monoi body cream. The frangipani flower is found in the Pacific islands and the oil from it is used to moisturise and hydrate dry skin. The smell is out of this world and once you apply the lotion it lingers on the skin for ages. I also use the matching oil from the range and I know the smell so well I can tell if another girl has used it!. One of my all time desert Island products it is great for Dry patches all over the body. Also contains macadamia oil and lipid rich sesame oil to nourish and care for the skin.

The second Elemis product I am loving is the Pro radiance Hand and nail cream. Now I have to admit that the highly floral fragrance in this is not my cup of tea, it is really strong and a bit old ladyish in my opinion!. If you love floral smells it may be more to your liking but I prefer Vanilla, sweet smells, and Lavender. The hand cream itself is brilliant, it is very thick and a little goes a long way, I use a tiny amount and that is enough to turn my dry old monkey paw hands into soft ones in know time!. Great for cuticles too, I massage a bit in last thing at night. This is by far my hand saviour during the colder winter months.

Last up is the Hydra boost Day cream. This also smells amazing. If you love the Papaya enzyme peel it has exactly the same smell, fruity and fresh. Full of great ingredients such as Hyaluronic acid and Vitamin E, plus starflower oil it protects skin from free radiclas and boosts the moisture content leaving it fresh and radiant. This is my go to cream when my skin looks a bit tired and I can see any dry spots. I will say my skin is more combination than dry but it has never given me spots or been to heavy and it is fab again in the winter months. At £40 a tube it is a little expensive, for a cheaper alternative I have Heard great things about the Aldi caviar illumination day cream[Thanks Drew!], and at only £7.99 it won’t break the bank.

Do you love Elemis?? Leave me a comment…

I like the Elemis brand, never had an issue with their skincare before. Minis are great to pop in your bag if you’re going away for the weekend or night.

Elegies is one of my old time faves, even better when you stay in hotels that have their products as toiletries! These little sizes are amazing for travelling.
