I do love a good hair mask, I spend hours in the bath anyway so I may as well go the whole hog and do the face mask, hair mask, body scrub malarkey. I had been testing out the shampoo that goes with this and that was pretty good so when I spotted it in Boots with a third off I thought why not give it a whirl.
It tells me on the tub it is enriched with 6 micro flower oils, and it sure does smell floral, it is actually a really lovely smell. The consistency of this mask is just how I like them to be ‘thick’, you have to get a good scoop of it out of the tub. The golden colour is very decadent, but then maybe that’s just me and I’m easily pleased!.
It says to leave it on for 2-3 minutes and then rinse out, this I did and already I could feel a difference, you know how when you rinse your hair and it just feels really soft, well that happened. After I got out the bath and blow dried my hair it was feeling really lovely, soft and bouncy and it did have a good shine to it. I will say my hair is not damaged or overly dry, even though I torture it with heat and straighteners and constant hair dye, it’s a miracle I’m not bald!!.
The tub is a huge 300ml and I only used a bit so I am guessing a little goes a long way. I will save this for a twice a week treat or when my hair is looking a bit crap. I think it usually retails for around £5 which is a bit of a bargain when you think how many scoops you will get out of it.
I love this little mask and I will definitely be re-purchasing it again when I run out.
Which hair mask do you like?? leave a comment..
