May Favourites

Chit chat June 7, 2014 Naomi

Warning this post is a little bit obsessed with lip products! Don’t ask me why but I have gone a little bit cray over lip products lately, I have been buying them none stop, and if anyone knows of a help group I can join please let me know. Sillyness aside I have got a lot of lip stuff in my favourites along with a few other bits and bobs.

Nuxe reve de miel lip balm. I love this stuff it is amazing!!!!. I had read so much hype about this balm and I thought “All my fellow bloggers can’t be wrong” so I ordered it online, and I can safely say you were all right, it is the best lip balm in the known universe. It tastes of honey and lemon and sweets and it lasts on the lip for ages, it is also super moisturizing, but I will say it looks matte on the lip so if you want a glossy sheen then you will be disappointed. It is not cheap at around ten pounds for a tiny pot, but it is so worth it.

Korres mandarin lip  butter. With this having mandarin in the name I expected it to be a citrus tasting lip balm, sadly it is not, it is a reference to the mandarin oil in it that is used for moisturising purposes, I got the shade pink and though it is very sheer it just adds a little splash of colour to brighten up your face. I like this a lot, it does leave the lips soft and it is great to wear everyday if you don’t want to stretch to a lip gloss.

Dior Addict gloss in dolly pink. I had a Birthday a few weeks ago and I always like to spend my Birthday money on something high end, this time I chose this lovely lip gloss by Dior, who not only make fab products but the packaging is always nice too. I have worn this colour almost everyday since I got it, it is a cool tone mid pink that looks so pretty on, it is a very shiny gloss but not sticky, the colour is sheer but you don’t need to pack it on to notice it. I will be buying more.

The dream box with Latest in beauty. This is the BBB box 3 and I was so excited to see it that I ordered it without viewing the entire box of contents!! Jane the British Beauty blogger is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to products, and I knew that whatever she had picked out would be good, so I  just went for it. I loved the other two boxes and this one looks to be the best of the lot. Fuller review In the post before this one, so check it out if you want more Details!.

Glamglow mask and Argan oil hair serum. I have reviewed both of these amazing products in an earlier post and I will link that here. I have used both of these a lot and I would order both again[Though the glamglow may hurt my bank account!]

Favourite person. Not a normal part of my Favourites, but I wanted to give a shout out to my very best friend Merle who has a jewellery making business. All her jewellery is hand made and beautiful, and if you want to check it out go over to her website Jangles and Jewels which I will link here.

Leave me a comment and leave me your blog links!…
