What a weird name for a eye shadow, Yogurt??? Moving on from this you are left with quite a nice little product. I recently purchased this pencil cream shadow and I have to say I really like it. I am a big fan of the Nyx lip glosses and also their blushers so I wanted to see how their eye products compared.
Yogurt is a pinky champagne colour that looks very pretty on the eye. The colour is beautiful and the slight metallic to it really sets it off. I use this alone but you can layer it with other eye products. The colour goes on well without dragging the eye and it is very creamy. I have read reviews that say it smudges but I have not found it to be the case. I have found it works better with a eye primer and it does help it last longer.
The pencil design is cute and it is very easy to just throw it in your work bag and carry it around, unlike a powder product were you have to take a brush as well. I have seen people using these as a liner also, I have not tried this but I love a multi tasking product. For me as a stand alone eye colour it works really well and looks lovely.
The Nyx eye pencils retail for around £5 so they are very affordable. I am keen to try the other shades and I have my eye on cashmere which is a beautiful golden nude, and I am sure that will be the next one I go for. The Jumbo eye shadows are super easy to apply, no effort or fuss and with a little blending they look amazing. I have had other cream shadows that last longer, such as the Mac paint pots, but for the cheap price I don’t think you can grumble.
Have you tried the Nyx Jumbo pencils??? Leave a comment..
