Trilogy Rosehip oil

Face and Body September 3, 2013 Naomi

I came across this product in the beauty box  created by the British Beauty blogger. I loved that beauty box by the way but that is another story. Sticking to what I should be talking about, the Trilogy Organic Rosehip oil is a face or body oil full of natural ingredients to help with scars, pigmentation and stretch marks. It is made to refine the skin making it more hydrated and smoother in appearance.

I like organic products and anything that is natural so this is perfect for me. It contains certified organic Rosehip oil and 80% essential fatty acids that helps with fine lines and ageing, encourages growth and repair of skin tissue, and helps with cell turnover. My skin is combination with fine lines around my eyes. I know a lot of people with oily skin are wary of putting an oil on their skin as they think it may make them spotty, but in fact the rosehip oil actually helps regulate the sebum, so it will be ok to use if you do have an oilier complexion.

I use this product about 3 times a week last thing at night instead of my regular moisturiser. I like to take 3 to 4 drops on my hand, rub it together to warm it and then massage it in to my face. It smells lovely if you are at all into smells{that somehow sounds weird!} and it gives your skin a nice glow as soon as you have applied it.

The next morning I find my skin is plumped up, hydrated and looking good. I have definitely noticed a difference since I have started using it, and I have found my skin is not looking so good on the days I don’t put it on. My hubby has even noticed the difference, and when I have applied it he says my skin looks nice.

Body wise I have put it on my stretch marks once or twice and it does seem to plump up that area, but I have not noticed any fading yet, and I do use other products in that area more often so it would be hard to say if it has had much effect.

Should you buy it..? yes it works really well and delivers good results. The Trilogy Rosehip oil retails for around the £20 mark for 45ml.
